Goldenfirs: the single or combined name of the operators of Kingsoft international platform, including the operators of Goldenfirs network, Guangzhou Kingsoft International Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Jiasan Technology Co., Ltd
Goldenfirs platform services: based on the Internet, Kingsoft International provides you with various services in various forms including Goldenfirs platform website, client, etc. (including new service forms emerging from future technological development)
Jinsha international platform rules: It includes all the rules, interpretations, announcements and other contents that have been published and subsequently published in the rules channel of all Jinsha international platforms, as well as various rules, implementation rules, product process descriptions, announcements and other contents published by various platforms in gangs, forums and help centers
rules of Jinsha international network: the rules listed in the rules channel of Jinsha international network are subject to the specific contract details
[equal subject] this agreement is jointly concluded by you and the operator of Jinsha international platform. This agreement has contractual effect for you and the operator of Jinsha international platform
[entity information] The operator of Jinsha international platform refers to the legal entities that operate Jinsha international platform. You can check the license information publicized at the bottom of the home page of each website of Jinsha international platform at any time to determine the Jinsha international entity that performs contract with you. Under this agreement, the operator of Jinsha international platform may be changed according to the business adjustment of Jinsha international platform. After the change, the operator of Jinsha international platform will perform this agreement together with you and provide services to you. The change of the operator of Jinsha international platform will not affect your rights and interests under this agreement. Jinsha international platform operator may also be added due to the provision of new Jinsha international platform services. If you use the new Jinsha international platform services, it is deemed that you agree that the new Jinsha international platform operator will perform this agreement with you. In the event of a dispute, you can determine the subject of your performance and the other party to the dispute according to the service you use and the specific behavior object that affects your rights and interests
Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms set out in this agreement signed by you and Goldenfirs cannot completely list and cover all the rights and obligations between you and Goldenfirs, and the existing agreements cannot guarantee that they fully meet the needs of future development. Therefore, the legal statement and Privacy Policy of Goldenfirs platform and the rules of Goldenfirs platform are supplementary agreements to this agreement, which are inseparable from this Agreement and have the same legal effect. If you use Goldenfirs platform services, it is deemed that you agree to the above supplementary agreement
You confirm that before you start the registration procedure to use the Jinsha international platform service, you should have the civil capacity appropriate to your behavior as stipulated by the laws of the people's Republic of China. if you do not have the above-mentioned civil capacity suitable for your behavior, you and your guardian shall bear all the consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the law
In addition, you also need to ensure that you are not the object of trade restrictions, economic sanctions or other laws and regulations imposed by any country, region or international organization, and have not directly or indirectly provided funds, goods or services for the above objects. otherwise, you should stop using Jinsha international platform services. At the same time, you understand that violating the above requirements may cause you to be unable to register and use Jinsha international platform services normally
[account acquisition] after you fill in the information according to the prompts on the registration page, read and agree to this Agreement and complete all the registration procedures, you can obtain the account of Jinsha international platform and become a user of Jinsha international platform. Goldenfirs platform only allows each user to use one Goldenfirs platform account. If there is evidence to prove or Jinsha international judges that you have the situation of improper registration or improper use of multiple Jinsha international platform accounts according to the rules of Jinsha international platform, Jinsha international platform can take measures such as freezing or closing accounts, cancelling orders, refusing to provide services, etc. if you cause losses to Jinsha international platform and related parties, you should also be liable for compensation.

Once your account is transferred, the rights and obligations under the account will be transferred together in addition, your account cannot be transferred in any way, otherwise Jinshan international platform has the right to investigate your liability for breach of contract, and the resulting responsibilities and consequences are borne by yourself
[real name authentication] as the operator of Goldenfirs platform, in order to make you better use the services of Goldenfirs platform and ensure the security of your account, Goldenfirs can require you to complete real name authentication in accordance with the requirements of Alipay and relevant laws and regulations
[inactive account recovery]
if your account meets the following conditions at the same time, Jinsha international can recover your
account, your account will no longer be able to log in to any Jinsha international platform, and the
corresponding services will be terminated at the same time:
(I) accounts that have passed real name authentication are not bound
(II) it has not been used to log in to any Jinsha international platform for six
consecutive months
(III) there is no unexpired effective business

You should update the information you provide in a timely manner. If the law clearly requires Kingsoft international, as a platform service provider, to verify the information of some users (such as platform sellers, etc.), Goldenfirs will check and verify your information from time to time according to law, and you should cooperate to provide the latest, true, complete and effective information If Goldenfirs fails to contact you according to the information you provided last time, you fail to provide information in time according to the requirements of Goldenfirs, the information you provide is obviously untrue, or the administrative and judicial authorities verify that the information you provide is invalid, you will bear all losses and adverse consequences caused to yourself, others and Goldenfirs. Goldenfirs may send you a notice of inquiry or rectification, and require you to recertify until you suspend or terminate the provision of some or all of the Goldenfirs platform services. Goldenfirs is not responsible for this

You should recover from the infringer through judicial, administrative and other remedies
[account behavior responsibility] Except for the fault of Goldenfirs, you should be responsible for all the behavior results under your account (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, publishing information, purchasing goods and services, and disclosing information)
[daily maintenance instructions] If you find any unauthorized use of your account to log in to Jinsha international platform or other situations that may cause your account to be stolen or lost, you are advised to immediately notify Jinsha international and authorize Jinsha international to synchronize the information to Alipay and Jinsha international platform you understand that it takes a reasonable time for Goldenfirs to take action on any of your requests, and the actions taken by Goldenfirs at your request may not be able to avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of the consequences of the infringement. Unless Kingsoft international has legal fault, Goldenfirs is not responsible

In the process of browsing our website or client, Goldenfirs provides you with functions such as information classification, keyword retrieval, screening, collection and attention, so as to better match your needs. You can collect the goods and / or services you are interested in, add them to the shopping cart, and pay attention to the stores / brands you are interested in.
[purchase of goods and / or services] when you purchase goods and / or services on Jinsha international platform, you must carefully confirm the name, price, quantity, model, specification, size of the purchased goods or the time, content, restrictive requirements and other important matters of the service, and verify your contact address, telephone number, consignee and other information when placing an order. if the consignee you filled in is not you, the legal consequences of the consignee's behavior and expression of intention shall be borne by you
Your purchase behavior should be based on real consumption demand, and there should be no malicious purchase of goods and / or services, malicious rights protection and other behaviors that disturb the normal trading order of Jinsha international platform. Based on the need to maintain the trading order and trading security of Jinsha international platform, Jinsha international can take the initiative to close relevant trading orders and other operations when it finds the above situations

In order to ensure that the evaluation content can provide a reliable basis for consumers' shopping decisions and reflect the real situation of goods and / or services, all your evaluation activities should comply with the relevant provisions of the rules of Jinsha international platform. The evaluation content should be legal, objective, true, related to the traded goods and / or services, and should not contain any obscene, pornographic, vulgar Advertising information and other prohibited information listed in laws and regulations and this Agreement; You should not help others improve their credit in an improper way or use their evaluation rights to threaten or blackmail other users. Goldenfirs can take necessary measures to deal with the evaluation information generated by your implementation of the above behaviors in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Goldenfirs platform rules
[transaction dispute handling method] if you have a dispute with other users in the transaction process of Goldenfirs platform, you or any of the other users have the right to choose the following ways to resolve it:
（1） Independently negotiate with the opposite party in dispute
（2） Use the dispute mediation services provided by Goldenfirs platform
（3） Request the consumer association or other legally established mediation organization to mediate
（4） Complain to relevant administrative departments
（5） Submit to the arbitration institution for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration agreement (if any) reached with the opposite party to the dispute
（6） Bring a lawsuit to the people's court

The forms of information include text, pictures, videos, direct broadcast content, etc. you must ensure that all information you publish conforms to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and this agreement.
For the goods, services, software and technology obtained through Jinsha international platform (including the software and technology provided by Jinsha international platform), you promise to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to import and export control, trade restrictions and economic sanctions. Based on the need to maintain the trading order and trading security of Jinsha international platform, if you violate the above commitments, Jinsha international can take the initiative to close relevant trading orders and make account disposal when finding the above situations
Jinsha international has paid a lot of costs for the services provided to you by Jinsha international platform. In addition to the charging business expressly provided by Jinsha international platform, the services provided to you by Jinsha international are free at present. If Goldenfirs charges you a reasonable fee in the future, Goldenfirs will take a reasonable way and notify you through legal procedures in advance within a sufficient and reasonable period in the manner agreed in Article 8 of this agreement to ensure that you have the right to make full choices.
[force majeure and third-party reasons] Jinsha international performs its basic guarantee obligations in accordance with the law, but Jinsha international does not bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract due to obstacles in contract performance, defects in performance, delays in performance or changes in performance content caused by the following reasons:
(1) due to natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, judicial and administrative orders and other force majeure factors
(II) due to public service factors such as power supply failure, communication network failure or third-party factors
(III) under the good faith management of Goldenfirs, due to routine or emergency equipment and system maintenance, equipment and system failure, network information and data security and other factors
[massive information] Goldenfirs only provides you with Kingsoft international platform services. You understand that the information on the Goldenfirs platform is released by users themselves, and there may be risks and defects. Jinsha international will try its best to protect your legitimate rights and interests and good experience on Jinsha international platform by establishing relevant inspection and monitoring systems according to law. At the same time, in view of the fact that Jinsha international platform has the characteristics of massive information and the separation of information from physical objects in the information network environment, Jinsha international cannot review the information of goods and / or services one by one, and cannot review the quality, safety, legitimacy, authenticity and accuracy of goods and / or services involved in the exchange one by one. You should make careful judgment about this
[mediation decision] You understand and agree that in the dispute mediation service, the customer service and public reviewers of Goldenfirs platform are not professionals, and can only judge the vouchers submitted by users based on the cognition of ordinary people. Therefore, except for intentional or gross negligence, the transfer prescription is exempt from responsibility for the dispute mediation decision
Goldenfirs attaches great importance to the protection of users' personal information (that is, information that can identify users independently or in combination with other information). When you use the services provided by Goldenfirs, you agree that Goldenfirs collects, stores, uses, discloses and protects your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Goldenfirs platform if the website or client of Kingsoft international platform does not have an independent Privacy Policy, but uses the account of Kingsoft international platform to log in to the corresponding website or client, in order to protect your privacy, we will collect, store, use, disclose and protect your personal information according to the requirements of the applicable Privacy Policy of Goldenfirs platform Goldenfirs hopes to clearly introduce to you how Goldenfirs handles your personal information through the Privacy Policy, so Goldenfirs recommends that you read the Privacy Policy completely to help you better protect your privacy.

(4) infringing others' intellectual property rights or involving third-party trade secrets and other proprietary rights
(5) insulting, slandering, intimidating, involving the privacy of others, and other violations of the legitimate rights and interests of others

(VII) other violations of social public interests or public morality or the provisions of relevant Jinsha international platform agreements and rules are not suitable for publishing on Jinsha international platform
[authorized use] For the text, pictures, videos, audio and other non personal information other than personal information that you provide, publish and form in the use of Jinsha international platform services, there will be no transfer of intellectual property rights, portrait rights and other rights due to uploading, publishing and other acts. Unless otherwise stated by us, to the extent permitted by law, you grant Goldenfirs and its affiliates and Alipay non exclusive License use without geographical restrictions (including the right to store, use, copy, revise, edit, publish, display, translate, distribute the above information or make derivative works, and incorporate the above information into other works in the form, media or technology known or developed in the future), and the right to sublicense the use of third parties, as well as the right to obtain evidence and file a lawsuit against the infringement of third parties in their own name To facilitate your use of Jinsha international platform, Alipay and other related services, You authorize Goldenfirs to transfer the information provided and formed by you in the process of account registration and use of Goldenfirs platform services to other relevant service providers such as Goldenfirs platform and Alipay, or obtain the information provided and formed by you during the registration and use of relevant services from other relevant service providers such as Goldenfirs platform and Alipay
In case of any of the following circumstances, you shall be deemed to have breached the contract:

（2） Violate the agreement or the supplementary agreement of this Agreement (i.e. article 2.2 of this Agreement). In order to adapt to the development of e-commerce and meet the needs of a large number of users for efficient and high-quality services, you understand and agree that Jinsha international can agree on the procedures and standards for determining breach of contract in the rules of Jinsha international platform. For example, Goldenfirs can determine whether you constitute a breach of contract based on the relationship between your user data and massive user data; You are obliged to provide sufficient evidence and reasonable explanation for your data anomalies, otherwise it will be deemed as a breach of contract
[information processing] if the information you published on the platform of Kingsoft international constitutes a breach of contract, Goldenfirs can immediately delete and block the corresponding information according to the corresponding rules
[behavior restrictions] if your behavior on the Jinsha international platform, or the behavior that has not been implemented on the Jinsha international platform but has an impact on the Jinsha international platform and its users constitutes a breach of contract, Jinsha international may take measures such as deducting points from your account, suspending the provision of some or all services to you, and deducting liquidated damages according to the corresponding rules. If your behavior constitutes a fundamental breach of contract, Goldenfirs may seal up your account and terminate the service provided to you
[Alipay account processing] when you breach the contract and there are specific circumstances such as fraud, selling fake goods, stealing others' accounts, or you have risks endangering others' transaction security or account security, Jinsha international will instruct Alipay company to take compulsory measures such as canceling collection and stopping payment of funds against your Alipay account according to the risk degree of your behavior
[publicity of handling results] Jinsha international can publicize the information of handling measures for your above-mentioned breach of contract and other illegal information confirmed by the effective legal documents of the national administrative or judicial organs on the platform of Jinsha international
If your behavior causes Jinsha international and / or its affiliates and Alipay company to suffer losses (including its own direct economic losses, goodwill losses and indirect economic losses such as external compensation, settlement funds, attorney fees, legal fees and so on), you should compensate Jinsha international and / or its affiliates and Alipay company for all the above losses. If your behavior causes Goldenfirs and / or its affiliates and Alipay company to suffer claims from a third party, Goldenfirs and / or its affiliates and Alipay company may recover all losses from you after assuming obligations such as monetary payment to the third party
If the third party suffers losses due to your behavior, or you are lazy to perform the mediation decision, and Goldenfirs and / or its affiliated companies for the purpose of social and public interest protection, you can instruct Alipay company to deduct the corresponding amount from your Alipay account for payment. If your Alipay balance or deposit is insufficient to pay the corresponding amount, you agree to entrust Goldenfirs to use its own funds to pay the above amount on your behalf, and you should return this part of the expenses and compensate all losses caused to Goldenfirs
You agree that Goldenfirs instructs Alipay to deduct the corresponding amount from your Alipay account to pay the above compensation. If the amount in your Alipay account is insufficient to pay the above compensation, Jinsha international and / or its affiliates can directly offset your rights and interests under other agreements of Jinsha international and / or its affiliates, and can continue to recover
[commercial bribery] If you provide benefits in kind, cash, cash equivalents, labor services, tourism, etc. to employees or consultants of Goldenfirs and / or its affiliated companies, which are obviously beyond the scope of normal business negotiations, you can be regarded as having commercial bribery in case of the above situation, Goldenfirs can immediately terminate all cooperation with you and collect liquidated damages and / or compensation from you. These amounts are based on the economic losses and goodwill losses suffered by Kingsoft international due to your bribery
Goldenfirs may modify this Agreement and the supplementary agreement from time to time according to the changes of national laws and regulations and the needs of maintaining the transaction order and protecting the rights and interests of consumers. The changed agreement and the supplementary agreement (hereinafter referred to as "changes") will be notified to you through legal procedures and in the manner agreed in Article 8 of this agreement
If you disagree with the change, you have the right to contact Jinsha international for feedback before the effective date of the change. If the feedback is adopted, Jinsha international will adjust the changes as appropriate
If you still disagree with the effective change, you should stop using Jinsha international platform services from the effective date of the change, and the change will not have effect on you; If you continue to use Goldenfirs platform services after the change takes effect, you will be deemed to have agreed to the effective change
When you register as a user of Jinsha international platform and accept the services of Jinsha international platform, you should provide real and effective contact information (including your email address, contact phone number, contact address, etc.) to Jinsha international. If the contact information changes, you have the obligation to update the relevant information in time and maintain the status that can be contacted
the member account (including sub account) generated by you when registering users of Jinsha international platform to log in to receive messages, system messages and instant messages of Jinsha international Wangwang, also serves as your effective contact information
Goldenfirs will send you all kinds of notices to one or several of the above contact information, and the contents of such notices may have a significant beneficial or adverse impact on your rights and obligations. Please pay attention to them in time
You have the right to obtain commercial information such as advertising information and promotional offers of goods you are interested in through your mobile phone number or email address filled in when you register; If you are unwilling to receive such information, you have the right to unsubscribe through the corresponding unsubscribe function provided by Kingsoft international
Goldenfirs will send you a notice through the above contact information. The written notice sent by electronic means, including but not limited to the announcement on the Kingsoft international platform, sending SMS to the contact number provided by you, sending email to the email address provided by you, and sending Wangwang information, system messages, and in-station messages to your account, will be deemed to have been delivered after successful sending; The written notice sent by paper carrier shall be deemed to have been delivered on the fifth natural day after it is mailed according to the contact address provided. For any dispute arising from trading activities on the Jinsha international platform, you agree that the judicial authorities (including but not limited to the people's court) can serve legal documents (including but not limited to litigation documents) to you through mobile phone text messages, e-mail, Jinsha international Wangwang and other modern means of communication or mail. The mobile phone number, e-mail address or Goldenfirs Wangwang account number and other contact information you specify to receive legal documents are the mobile phone number and e-mail contact information you provide when registering and updating on Goldenfirs platform, and the account number of Goldenfirs Wangwang is generated when registering Kingsoft international users. The legal documents sent by the judicial authority to the above contact information are deemed to have been served. The mailing address you specified is your legal contact address or the valid contact address you provided
you agree that the judicial authority can take one or more of the above ways to deliver legal documents to you, and the judicial authority can take a variety of ways to deliver legal documents to you, and the time of delivery shall be subject to the first of the above ways of delivery
you agree that the above delivery method applies to all stages of judicial proceedings. Such as entering the proceedings, including but not limited to the first instance, second instance, retrial, execution and supervision procedures
you should ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and effective, and it should be updated in real time. （1） You violate the agreement and Goldenfirs terminates this agreement according to the terms of breach （2） You embezzle others' accounts, publish illegal information, defraud others' property, sell fake goods, disrupt the market order, and take improper means to seek profits, and Jinsha international seals your account according to the rules of Jinsha international platform （3） In addition to the above circumstances, because you have repeatedly violated the relevant provisions of the Jinsha international platform rules and the circumstances are serious, Jinsha international has sealed up your account in accordance with the Jinsha international platform rules （4） Your account was reclaimed by Goldenfirs in accordance with this Agreement （5） You commit fraud, publish or sell fake / infringing goods, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, or other serious violations of laws and regulations on Alipay or Jinsha international platform （6） Other circumstances under which the service should be terminated
[user information disclosure] after the termination of this agreement, Goldenfirs has no obligation to disclose any information in your account to you or a third party designated by you, except as expressly provided by law
[Goldenfirs rights] after the termination of this agreement, Goldenfirs still enjoys the following rights: （1） Continue to save all kinds of information listed in Article 5 of this agreement that you have retained on Jinsha international platform （2） For your past breach of contract, Jinshan International can still investigate your breach of contract according to this agreement
[transaction processing] after the termination of this agreement, for the transaction orders generated by you during the duration of this agreement, Goldenfirs can notify the opposite party of the transaction and decide whether to close these transaction orders according to the wishes of the opposite party of the transaction; If the counterparty requests to continue to perform, you shall continue to perform the agreement and the transaction order with respect to such transaction order, and bear any losses or increased expenses arising therefrom
[application of Law] the conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, amendment, supplement, termination, implementation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the people's Republic of China; If there are no relevant provisions in the law, refer to business practices and / or industry practices
[jurisdiction] disputes arising from your use of Jinsha international platform services and related to Jinsha international platform services will be settled by Jinsha international through consultation with you. If the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the defendant is located
[separability] any provision of this agreement is deemed to be repealed, invalid or unenforceable, which shall be deemed to be separable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement
